At Cudio Tech Inc. we work on complex multi-national Odoo ERP implementations with leading companies in the high-tech, healthcare, distribution, and automotive industries, amongst others.

We’re looking for several ERP Functional Analysts at all levels to join our growing team and help design, configure, and support Odoo ERP solutions that improve business processes and drive efficiency. You’ll work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements from clients, configure ERP modules, and provide training and ongoing support. Work with a collaborative team on impactful projects, gain exposure to diverse industries, and help organizations unlock the full potential of their Odoo ERP systems. This role offers candidates the opportunity to gain hands-on experience building transformational capabilities in leadership, change management, and process optimization.

This is a client facing role. Successful Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree in IT, Science, Finance or related are and must be fluently bilingual in English and French.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze business needs and translate them into ERP system requirements.
  • Configure ERP modules (e.g., Finance, Supply Chain, HR, Manufacturing etc.).
  • Conduct testing, troubleshoot issues, and ensure quality.
  • Deliver end-user training and documentation.
  • Collaborate with technical teams and project managers on implementations and upgrades.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Experience with ERP platforms such as Odoo, Microsoft Dynamics 365, NetSuite etc.
  • Strong understanding of business processes in finance, procurement, CRM, sales, inventory, manufacturing, HR etc.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Science, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Fluent (spoken and written) in French and English.
  • Strong Excel Skills.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in ERP Implementations.
  • Knowledge of Power BI would be an asset.
